She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Tiffany is licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

With expertise in grant management and data-driven evaluation, she ensures long-term success and measurable outcomes.
